I offer Thai yoga massage, also known as Nuad Boran, a unique healing practice that blends traditional Thai massage techniques with principles of yoga. In my sessions, I use deep rhythmic pressure, acupressure, and assisted yoga postures to help clients enhance flexibility and relieve muscle tension. Unlike conventional massages, I perform Thai yoga massage on a mat, and clients remain fully clothed throughout. Using my hands, elbows, knees, and feet, I facilitate a deep sense of well-being and revitalization. 1hr Restoration full body massage £45
In just one hour, I offer a restoration and relaxation massage session designed to provide a revitalizing experience tailored to release tension and enhance overall well-being. The session begins with a serene atmosphere to establish a tranquil ambiance. Through gentle strokes, precise kneading, and targeted pressure, I expertly relieve muscle tension, facilitating deep relaxation throughout the body. Despite the shorter duration, this session is crafted to deliver a comprehensive treatment, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It’s perfect for those seeking a swift yet impactful way to unwind and revitalize both body and mind.
1.5 Hrs full body restoration massage £65
A 1.5-hour restoration and relaxation massage session with me offers a deeply rejuvenating experience focused on releasing tension and promoting overall well-being. The session begins with a calming atmosphere to create a tranquil environment. Using a combination of gentle strokes, kneading, and targeted pressure, I work to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation throughout the body. This extended duration allows for a thorough treatment, ensuring a deeply restorative experience. It’s ideal for those seeking to unwind, de-stress, and restore balance in both body and mind.
2hr Deep Rest £80
A two-hour Deep Rest Thai yoga massage session with me offers a profoundly rejuvenating experience. The session begins with a calming atmosphere to create a serene environment. Using a combination of rhythmic pressure, acupressure, and gentle stretching, I work to release tension and promote flexibility throughout the body. This extended session allows for a thorough treatment, ensuring a deeply restorative experience. It’s ideal for those seeking profound relaxation, enhanced well-being, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Note: Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing and be prepared to relax and unwind.
All sessions can end with a brief sound healing element, utilizing Tibetan singing bowls, drums, chimes, guitar, and voice. I will speak to you first about this, and it comes complimentary with the session.
If you would like a longer sound healing session at the end of the bodywork, please ask!
I offer 15-minute and 30-minute extra sound healing sessions for a small fee, depending on how long you would like.
